Money raised from your Sober Anniversary celebration will support the New Start Alumni Fund that will provide subsidized treatment to those without the means. Funds can be allocated to the EHN Canada treatment centre of your choice.
Similar to a traditional peer-to-peer fundraiser, you will share your personal achievement of sobriety with friends, family and your broader network, where comfortable, and ask them to make a donation in your honour. You can even direct the funds you raise towards a specific facility e.g. Edgewood in Nanaimo, Bellwood in Toronto, or Sandstone in Calgary.
We will provide you with a fundraising kit that includes instructions, customizable collateral, and special tips and tricks, so it is easy and successful.
